How is my cleaning cost calculated?
Your estimate combines a base rate for the service, property size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition and any extras. Recurring bookings receive up to 20% off automatically.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. All eco-friendly, child and pet-safe products plus equipment are included in your quoted price.
Are your cleaners insured and DBS-checked?
Every cleaner is DBS-verified, reference-checked and covered by £5m public liability and £10m employer's liability insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 48 hours before start. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the job value is charged.
Which areas of London do you cover?
All South London boroughs including Croydon, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Lewisham, Southwark, Merton, Sutton, Bromley and Greenwich.
