1. Agreement

By booking a service with TendercareandClean Services Ltd, you agree to these terms. Please read them before confirming a booking.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The quoted price is binding once confirmed in writing. Minimum booking value is £45.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
We accept Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer
Prices include VAT at the current rate
Late payments incur a 2% monthly charge

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled start
Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged at 50% of the job value
No-shows are charged the full amount

5. Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, running water, and electricity. If a cleaner cannot access the property on arrival, the full fee is still chargeable.

6. Scope of service

Quoted prices cover the services specified at booking. Additional requests on-site may be accommodated at our discretion and charged separately. We do not clean biohazards, pest infestations, or areas requiring specialist disposal unless agreed in advance.

7. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of a clean, notify us within 72 hours and we will return to rectify the issue free of charge. This is our sole remedy for quality issues.

8. Liability

We are fully insured (public liability £5m, employer's liability £10m). We are not liable for: pre-existing damage, items of exceptional value not disclosed, or consequential loss. Claims must be reported within 7 days.

9. Cleaners

All our cleaners are DBS-verified, reference-checked, and fully insured. They are vetted, trained professionals working under our brand and standards.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, logos, and materials are owned by TendercareandClean Services Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
